In this session, Swami Satyananda introduces the Hanuman Puja and explains the subtle meaning of Hanuman and his Mantra. After the introduction, Swamiji explains the meaning of some of the preliminary mantras. Hanuman was the perfect servant and devotee of Ram. As Christ said, “The greatest among you will be the servant.” Ram had to build a bridge in order to cross the ocean to Lanka, but brave Hanuman, saying the name of Ram with full faith and devotion, was able to jump into the sky and fly across the waters.
